Are you scared yet?

um.....Does this frighten anyone? Hugo Chavez is the embodiment of everything that is a threat to our way of life in America. He represents a threat to civil society, a threat to Freedom, and has shown nothing but hostility towards the U.S. Chavez referred to President Bush as the devil, and recently called Obama a "poor ignorant person". He has repeatedly threatened America, threatened to attack us, and continues to show the US nothing but contempt. Yet here is Obama, hand in hand with this Tyrant smiling away. Poor ignorant person. What does he think he can accomplish? I has just thrown gasoline on the fire. Does he not realize how Chavez is going to use these images for his own propaganda?
And all of this after apologizing to islam, apologizing to all muslims, apologizing for America all around the world, and just the other day, apologizing to Mexico for causing the drug wars. Out of curiousity Obama, do we have any problems with our US-Canadian border? And out of curiosity, how many of those grenade launchers and automatic weapons used by the cartels are on US streets? None? oh, that's because they're ILLEGAL here idiot! The black market is where they get those weapons! And that's already illegal. The US is not to blame for escalating drug wars idiot! But, I have a simple solution. Lock down our Borders. The Mexican president has given us the perfect opportunity to shut down our border. By locking down our borders (which we are perfectly capable of doing) we cut of the flow of drugs north, and money south, as well as solve the majority of the illegal immigration problem. There, now we are no longer supplying revenue for the Cartels. It becomes Mexico's problem again. But that's beside the point. STOP APOLOGIZING!!!
So now Obama has taken yet another step toward weakening our position in the world. He has taken another step toward making our allies feel like there left out in the cold. He has taken another step toward getting us attacked again. During the Clinton administration we were attacked every two years culminating in 9/11 at the Beginning of the Bush Administration. Under Bush, we have been safe for 7 years without an attack. Now we have a president who is quickly becoming the weakest president in history. He does not understand the role of President of the US. He does not comprehend his primary role is to Protect this country. By his actions he is validating our enemy's hate for us. Images like this should strike fear into the heart of every american.

Am I a Terrorist?

I believe myself to be a believer in the law of the Constitution. I would say my views are Conservative views. My primary concern is I believe the Federal Government to be WAY too large. I believe they have too much control over the States, and too much control of the residents of those states. According to the Dept of Homeland Security, that makes me a "Right Wing Terrorist". Yes, terrorist. At a time when our White House refuses to call a Terrorist, "Terrorist", it's Govt agencies are labeling their own citizens as such. That's right, according to DHS, and person returning from Military service to their Country are potential TERRORISTS. Is this for real?

Who wrote this? One would think DHS is referring to the KKK right? This must be the type of "extremist"they're talking about, right? WRONG. Oh no, you are a radical if:

+You believe in the 2nd Ammendment (right to bear arms)
+You are Veteran, or have any kind of Military training
+You believe this Administration is doing a poor job

This report is yet another example of how out of touch our government is with the people it is supposed to be representing. My Government will call ME a terrorist or, Extremist, before they will label a known terrorist one.

A great day for America

I'm inspired. I'm inspired in a way a have not been before. Past and current sources of inspiration for me include my faith, my wife, my family, music has provided me with many an inspirational moment. All of these people and things continue to be a source of inspiration in my life. Never has my political views been such a big source of inspiration as it was yesterday at the state capital of New Jersey.
I was in Trenton at the State House with my wife most of mid-day on April 15th. We were joined by approximately 600 working citizens to protest the wreckless spending and the inevitable over-taxing by the Federal and State governments. I was inspired by every person I talked to, old and young, who had told me, "I've never done this before." Our organizer, Brian Kelly, had never organized a protest in his life. From the DJ, to the several dozen kids who were sitting on the steps of this government building holding signs saying "Stop spending my future.", these people were primarily first time protesters. And their message? "ENOUGH!"
I am proud of ,and salute, every person who came out despite rainy weather in the low 40's.

Brian did a stellar job organizing what turned out to be an incredibly successful and peaceful protest. We started with the Pledge of Alliegence, followed by a moment of silence for our troops. I had the honor of singing our National Anthem, and throughout the day I would also sing "God Bless America", and "America the Beautiful".
We honored our troops and emergency personel. We honored our Veterans. We honored the Constitution, and Declaration of Independence by reading from both documents. We played an incredibly pertinent speech given by President Ronald Reagan during his campaign for presidency. We heard speeches given by average people, small business owners, house wives and mothers, and others who's simple message was "STOP. Stop spending, cut taxes for EVERYONE, and start working for the people instead of making the people work for you!"
For those who couldn't make it, it was a great day for America. For those who did make it, you are Patriots indeed. Personally, I hope this is simply the beginning.

So it has come out that President Obama's dog was a purebred dog, from a private breeder. Why would this be considered news-worthy? Simple. Obama said he was going to get a rescued dog. What he ended up getting was a dog from the same breeder Senator Kennedy got his dog from. This breeder must have been planning for this. The name of the litter the dog was hand-selected from was the "hope and change" litter. The white house claims this was a rescue dog because it was given back to the breeder after six months. What they don't tell you is the dog spent one of those six months at the Kennedy's ranch being trained for the White House. One might even go so far as to say the person that bought the dog in the first place never intended to keep, so that the Obama's could call it a "rescued" dog. In my opinion, the Obamas never intended to rescue a dog from a pound in the first place. The full story is here:

I do want to give the president credit where it is due. After taking far too long to make the decision, the White House FINALLY approved the use of lethal force to free Captain Phillips from the Somali pirates. But what took him so long? If he was excercising caution, why couldn't he have done that with these massive spending bills he was so eager to bully through congress?

Finally, I'll be attending one of the many Tax Day Tea Party Protests which are scheduled tomorrow, April 15th, all over the country. I will be in Trenton, NJ. Where is our Commander in chief??

Where is Obama? Oh, he's flying a pizza chef in from St. Louis for a pizza party at the white house. Meanwhile, the Captain of the Maersk Alabama is being held on a broken down, small boat in the middle of the ocean off Somolia at gun point. I'm sure by now you've heard about the American crew who drove a band of pirates off their ship, which contained food and supplies from the WFP, and a Captain who negotiated for the lives of his crew with his own. Now the motor boat carrying the captain is dead in the water, and surrounded by US Naval ships.
Why haven't we freed this man? Our PRESIDENT has refused to comment on the situtaion. .....what? What kind of leadership is this? Once again, this man has proven he is not capable of being the leader of the free world. He has not demonstrated any qualities of leadership since being sworn into office. America has a long standing policy of NO negogiating with Terrorists. You can not negogiate with Evil. The crew of the Alabama knew this, and they fought back. They were brave. They are not soldiers, but they knew it was wrong and they fought it. They fought it and overcame Evil. Now it's time for our Military to protect our countryman and take out those four pirates holding him hostage. We have ALL the resources in place to free this man. I'm sure this would not be a difficult mission for our trained men and women of the Navy. Yet our White House does nothing. Our President hasn't even recognized the event. The polar ice caps are melting

FACT:
According to the National Snow and Ice Data Center at the University of Colorado, the amount of ice in the Arctic is up over 43% since 1980!!! That is a hugely significant increase, yet NONE of the media outlets are reporting this. Antarctic ice is down 6% since 1980, but to say the ice caps are melting is a flat out LIE. Isn't it possible that scientist might not understand the way the ice caps, and our planet, works?

Fiction:
We need to Reduce Co2 emissions.

FACT:
Co2 is an Essential trace element in our atmosphere, and makes up about 4% of the total elements in our atmosphere. I give you Professor Geoff Duffey, Chemical engineering expert for the University of Auckland in New Zealand:

This is a ploy, a ploy for government to extend their power under the false pretense of a "crisis" in order to "protect" you. You're government is making a fool of you. Liberals are trying to take your rights away. While other countries develop their nuclear technology, our government hasn't allowed a plant built since the late 70's. They won't allow coal burning power plants, and our domestic oil supply is being cut off, again, by our own government. They are choking our oil companies with regulation and incredible tax burden, all this while other countries are exploring the worlds territories for new oil supplies.

On Defense

President Obama has taken it upon himself to "apologize" for America. He has decided that we have somehow committed offenses against European nations, greater than the offenses they commit against themselves. Forget about the Crucial roles we have played in promoting Freedom worldwide. Forget about our abolishing of slavery, or massive role in the victory over nazism, our battle against corrupt communist countries, Facism, and slavery in other countries. Forget about our Liberation of Iraqis from a Tyrannical leader who was no better than Hitler. Forget about our continued war on terror oh, excuse me, our contingency excercise or whatever the heck he has decided to call it. As long as it doesn't offend anyone.
We are being attacked. We are a target. Evil in the world sees us as a threat. Tyrannical, despotic regimes are threatened by our progressive, FREE society founded on Judeo-Christian values, and protected with the blood of it's Brave, free citizens. We are looked at by citizens of other countries as a haven, a place of opportunity, free from religious persecution, and free from the stranglehold of the Tyranny they live in. And how is our President responding??? By APOLOGIZING....... and for WHAT?? He called us "arrogant", apologized for our "derisiveness", denied the God that gives us our "unalienable rights", and weakened us in the eyes of those that would see our country fail miserably, countries like Russia, China, Iran, North Korea, Venezuela, etc. Not only is he trying to befriend the countries which hate us, he is taking business away from american companies and giving those contracts to china. From condoms to Ammunition, the government is putting American companies out of business and offering them to China so that Communist China will by the massive debt which the Obama Administration laying upon us, the citizen. The only portion of the budget he is cutting is our Defense Budget, including our Missile defense budget, at a time when North Korea is testing our resolve and showing they will soon be capable of reaching our country and our allies with ballistic missiles. I implore you to take action. We can no longer be known as the Silent Majority. We must make ourselves heard. We are the voice of freedom. These men understood the sacrifices that must be made for freedom from generation to generation. They understood the pitfalls of any form of government. They new Freedom must be fought for constantly, tooth and nail. Do not let your voice go unheard. Join a protest this April 15th. I will be at New Jersey's State Capitol next Wednesday to participate in my local Tax Day Tea Party. Read the writings of the framers, for it is in their wisdom which our Country planted roots. It is in their wisdom that our Country has thrived. It is in their wisdom that we will find our way back to the path the Constitution clearly paved for us, a path our government has strayed very far from.

Are we a Christian nation?

To myself, it is clear this nation was founded on Judeo-Christian principles. The Idea that this country declared it's independence from England based on God-given rights, which no government of man has a right to deny, came from anywhere but the respective faiths of those who wrote it just doesn't make sense to me. Now certainly, as it is stated in the Constitution, this nation does not discriminate against any faith, in fact, our country welcomes people of all faiths who wish to seek asylum in this country from outside oppression. But for our President to say we are "not a christian nation", to me, is yet another example of a man who has no respect for the office he holds, or for the people he represents. Maybe he should pull a dollar bill out of his pocket and read the quote, "in God we trust." Maybe he should wonder who he is referring to in the pledge of alliegence when he states, "...one nation, under God...". Mark Levin's chapter "On Faith and the Founding" in Liberty and Tyranny explains The framers were not all of the same faith. The Puritans came from New England, Quakers from Pennsylvania, Catholics from Maryland, and so on. He goes on to point out they were all seeking freedom from religious persecution. There is no arguing they were Christian men. There is no arguing it was the Judeo-Christian values of the Framers which provided the point of view in forming the Declaration of Indepence, and our Constitution. John Adams said, "Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other."
The modern liberal has no use for God in their vision of Utopia. God gets in the way of the liberal agenda. You see, God has given you rights, what the declaration refers to as "Natural Law", rights upon which NO government may impede. As this government moves ever closer to despotism, expect more attempts from Obama to remove God from the fabric of American Civil Society. For if God is not in the equation why then, I suppose our God-given rights don't exist. Mark Levin writes, "The Statist (liberal) cannot abide the existence of Natural Law and man's discovery of "unalienable rights" bestowed on all individuals by "their Creator".....The Statist believes rights are not a condition of man's existence but only exist to the extent the Statist ratifies them."

A serious threat

At a time when North Korea is testing it's missile capabilities, and Obama is cutting our missile defense shield we are faced with more evidence of a growing threat to the United States. Our President is charged with the duty of defending the American people from outside threats. Personally, I feel less safe now than I did with our former President. When is Obama going to start acting like the President of the United States, and less like a World President?

A question of tyranny

Barack Obama has control of the Executive branch and a Legislative branch which is backing his extreme agenda. Montesquieu wrote, "When the legislative and executive powers are united in the same person or body....there can be no liberty, because apprehensions may arise lest the same monarch or senate should execute them in a tyrannical manner." Isn't it possible that this is what we are facing right now?
Ladies and gentleman, is this the "change" people were looking for? Barack Obama has tripled the Federal Budget in his first 100 days in office. It will be quadrupled by the time he is out. His budget ultimately gives us a 9 TRILLION dollar deficit. To put it in terms you can see, look at this:The graph here makes very clear the "change" we are in for with the Obama budget. What's interesting is the Whitehouse Budget's optomistic estimates for the budget deficit, versus the Congressional Budget Offices' more realistic budget deficit. The Constitution does what?

What are the responsibilities of the President of the United States? According to the Constitution, the President "Shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States". Also, he "shall have power to grant reprieves and pardons for offenses against the United States". He also makes treaties (with 2/3 vote), has the power of Veto, appoints ambassadors, certain officials, and Judges of the Supreme Court. He can also fill vacancies during recess of Senate on an interim basis.
NOWHERE in the constitution does it say he can use tax-payers' money to take over a private corporation, Fire the CEO, and order executive decisions regarding business practices of said PRIVATE business! Furthermore, the 1oth Amendment states "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people". What does this mean to me? It means the Federal Government had absolutely no right to intervene with these companies. If it is not in the State's constitution, then it is the responsibility of the private citizen-employees of the Corporation to act accordingly. What Obama is doing is unconstitutional. GM, Chrysler, AIG, Merrill Lynch, and all of the companies that are now partially owned by the Govt are examples of infringement upon the Liberty and Freedom of this Civil Society.
The system is further corrupted by our defunct Judicial Branch, a collection of Justices who serve to re-interpret and bend the Law of the Constitution at their whim, to the eventual goal of absolute power over WE THE PEOPLE. The name of the game for the Liberal is Power. It's that simple. They hide behind words like "change", and "reform" and play on the ideoligies of their party members. They attempt to Villify the Christian and God, in an attempt to remove faith from our society, as faith is a major obstacle in their agenda, for Despotism is their religion and Government is their idol.
Liberals are not totally to blame. Republicans have strayed from strong conservative roots. Just how Hoover set the table for FDR's unprecented spending, Bush set the table for Obama. Of course, evidence suggests FDR's "New Deal" proved to prolong the Great Depression for up to SEVEN years. Obama has taken it well beyond the size and scope FDR's power grab, and has done the same in prolonging this recession which experts have said could be over right now, were it not for government's involvement, and our Massive accruing of Debt.
Obama despises capitolism. He despises that which made this country great. He apologizes for this country in the international community, turns his back on our allies, and cows tow to our relentless enemies. He has already proven he does not have the best interest of this country at heart, putting "world poverty", and other "global problems" first. He has no sense of how American Foreign policy is defined by his predicessors, and it is going to cost lives and allies, as Carter cost us an ally in Iran. But this does not matter to him. What is in the interest of the everyday american doesn't matter. We are a statistic, we are a vote. We are a means to an end for him. A Soft Tyranny is being established in America. But there is a precedent for this, government been fought before. Our Government was founded on the premise that citizens are "endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness." The Declaration of Independence also states "whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it". I fear it will be the task of mine or my children's generation to act upon this right in order to regain the rights endowed by our Creator.
Maybe Barack should have read these documents, and taken to heart the Declaration where it states "Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes" and he should be wary that, "when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their[The People's] right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new guards for their future security...".

For those of you that have read Mark Levin's latest book, you will know President Ronald Reagan said this:

"Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn't pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same, or one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children and our children's children what it was once like in the United States where men were free."

Pray for the people of America to win over the tyrannical agenda of Obama and the Liberal.

The state of things

James Madison, The Federalist Papers. James Madison was responding to the concerns of a few who were not sure our Constitution would protect the people from tyranny. Well, the constitution is very clear about the limits of federal government, it's branches, and their respective roles. What the framers did not know was how the Judicial branch of govt would reinterpret the constitution, and reshape it's intent to see their will done. Thomas Paine in referring to the English' form of Governemnt said,"we...have been foolish enough to put the crown in possession of the key." The constitution of the United States of America was formed in order to prevent this. Yet since the days of FDR, the federal government has crept ever closer to possession of "the key". And now we are faced with the biggest threat to our Constitution yet in the form of the Obama Administration. Democrats control the legislative branch, the Supreme Court has proven time and again it is not capable of upholding the law of the Constitution, and we are faced with the policies of the most radical left-wing, godless President this country has ever elected to the office. And make no mistake, he has his sights on the key. How will he get it? By bending the letter of law to such an extent that HE and his administration make the rules. He has accumulated the power of the legislative branch in the form of a congress which has passed his budget. The Judicial branch has enabled this corruption of the law through rulings which have manipulated the Constitution.
