You cannot bring about Prosperity by discouraging Thrift. You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong. You cannot help the wage earner by pulling down the wage payer. You cannot further the brotherhood of man by encouraging class hatred. You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich. You cannot keep out of trouble by spending more than you earn. You cannot build character and courage by taking away man's initiative and independence. You cannot help men permanently by doing for them what they could and should do for themselves.

What more could one say? The policies and agenda of this administration act against the wisdoms of our country's first leaders, and founders. To deny these words of Abraham Lincoln, a man who made hard decisions, who acted for nothing but the freedom and prosperity of his country, is to lead this nation from Freedom and Liberty, to Tyranny.

Obama: The greatest Threat to America

Barack Obama despises America. He despises what this country represents. Every day he speaks, he leaves a trail of evidence to support the argument. Yesterday, Barack said he was not looking for Victory in Afghanistan. Then he cited the Japanese surrender to MacArthur inaccurately:

"I'm always worried about using the word 'victory,' because, you know, it invokes this notion of Emperor Hirohito coming down and signing a surrender to MacArthur", he said.

Well, first of all, Hirohito did NOT come down to sign the surrender to MacArthur. The Emperor was allowed to remain on the Throne, and the Japanese allowed to maintain their traditions. Japan was represented by officials, and then General MacArthur simply presided over the ceremony. Shigemitsu signed in representation of the civil Government, while General Umezu signed for the Military. His lack of knowledge is appauling. What's odd is Obama would suggest this moment in American History was a bad time for our Nation's history. I suppose he forgot about the 2350 soldiers and civilians who were killed at Pearl Harbor.
We have 59,000 soldiers in Afghanistan currently. Do you think they want to hear their President does not want Victory? Does he blame us for the 2974 people killed in NY on 9/11? There are differences between Pearl Harbor, and the World Trade Center. Japan was a nation, a clear enemy. But the outcome is no less important. Victory must be achieved against this modern enemy. And our President, OUR representative to the rest of the world doesn't want to use the term. More fuel for our enemies.

Victory is defined as a successful ending of a struggle or contest. Who does NOT want Victory over the taliban and Al Qaeda? Apparently, U.S. President Barack Obama. Could anyone spare a spine for this man? Maybe a history book?

Taking our health, insuring no wealth, and other concerns

To pass the Health Care Bill which now sits before congress, would fundamentally change America to a Socialist State. We will lose freedoms. A few points:


-This bill would, for the first time in America's history, allow for taxerpayer-funded abortions.

-This bill will force most Americans into a government-run program. If you refuse the program, you will have to pay a penalty to the IRS for not taking the insurance.

-This bill would raise the average top tax rate to 52%, which would put us above the top tax rates of many European countries.

- The congressional budget office estimates the program costing 1.3 Trillion dollars over the next ten years. Who knows what the cost will be beyond that time frame.

- Obama recently promised if this bill would add even 1 cent to deficit, he won't sign it. Just another lie from a man who has done nothing but lie since he was put on the ticket. All evidence shows this will add billions, if not trillions, to the deficit.

- Obama says his program is going to save us money, yet congress is considering raising $591 Billion in new taxes to curb the cost of the program, including a surtax of up to 5.4% on individuals making over $250,000, or houshoulds making more than $350,000.

- Businesses with payrolls over $250,000 will be forced to provide insurance for employess. If not, they will have to pay an 8% tax penalty. This will lead to lower wages, and fewer jobs.

- If this bill is passed, the government will take almost half (46.4%) of every dollar earned by small businesses.

- The politicians writing the bill, have written in an exemption for themselves. They will have a seperate program from the rest of america. What is their stake in it?

Regardless of what people think, this is the greatest healthcare system in the world. It has it's faults, but it is the best system which exists in the world today. We do not want to make the same mistakes European countries have made in socializing medicine. We do that, and we lose a significant piece of our freedom.

We, as citizens, cannot allow a man who has appointed 27 CZARS to continue to accrue power in the form of these outrageous, unconstitutional, and un-american bills. Call the blue dog democrats, call your local reps. Tell them to vote no on this atrocity.

Are you scared yet?

um.....Does this frighten anyone? Hugo Chavez is the embodiment of everything that is a threat to our way of life in America. He represents a threat to civil society, a threat to Freedom, and has shown nothing but hostility towards the U.S. Chavez referred to President Bush as the devil, and recently called Obama a "poor ignorant person". He has repeatedly threatened America, threatened to attack us, and continues to show the US nothing but contempt. Yet here is Obama, hand in hand with this Tyrant smiling away. Poor ignorant person. What does he think he can accomplish? I has just thrown gasoline on the fire. Does he not realize how Chavez is going to use these images for his own propaganda?
And all of this after apologizing to islam, apologizing to all muslims, apologizing for America all around the world, and just the other day, apologizing to Mexico for causing the drug wars. Out of curiousity Obama, do we have any problems with our US-Canadian border? And out of curiosity, how many of those grenade launchers and automatic weapons used by the cartels are on US streets? None? oh, that's because they're ILLEGAL here idiot! The black market is where they get those weapons! And that's already illegal. The US is not to blame for escalating drug wars idiot! But, I have a simple solution. Lock down our Borders. The Mexican president has given us the perfect opportunity to shut down our border. By locking down our borders (which we are perfectly capable of doing) we cut of the flow of drugs north, and money south, as well as solve the majority of the illegal immigration problem. There, now we are no longer supplying revenue for the Cartels. It becomes Mexico's problem again. But that's beside the point. STOP APOLOGIZING!!!
So now Obama has taken yet another step toward weakening our position in the world. He has taken another step toward making our allies feel like there left out in the cold. He has taken another step toward getting us attacked again. During the Clinton administration we were attacked every two years culminating in 9/11 at the Beginning of the Bush Administration. Under Bush, we have been safe for 7 years without an attack. Now we have a president who is quickly becoming the weakest president in history. He does not understand the role of President of the US. He does not comprehend his primary role is to Protect this country. By his actions he is validating our enemy's hate for us. Images like this should strike fear into the heart of every american.

Am I a Terrorist?

I believe myself to be a believer in the law of the Constitution. I would say my views are Conservative views. My primary concern is I believe the Federal Government to be WAY too large. I believe they have too much control over the States, and too much control of the residents of those states. According to the Dept of Homeland Security, that makes me a "Right Wing Terrorist". Yes, terrorist. At a time when our White House refuses to call a Terrorist, "Terrorist", it's Govt agencies are labeling their own citizens as such. That's right, according to DHS, and person returning from Military service to their Country are potential TERRORISTS. Is this for real?

Furthermore,

"the historical election of an African-American President and the prospect of policy changes are proving to be a driving force for rightwing extremist recruitment and radicalization."

Who wrote this? One would think DHS is referring to the KKK right? This must be the type of "extremist"they're talking about, right? WRONG. Oh no, you are a radical if:

+You believe Illegal Immigration is a problem
+You believe in the 2nd Ammendment (right to bear arms)
+You are Veteran, or have any kind of Military training
+You believe this Administration is doing a poor job

This report is yet another example of how out of touch our government is with the people it is supposed to be representing. My Government will call ME a terrorist or, Extremist, before they will label a known terrorist one.

A great day for America

I'm inspired. I'm inspired in a way a have not been before. Past and current sources of inspiration for me include my faith, my wife, my family, music has provided me with many an inspirational moment. All of these people and things continue to be a source of inspiration in my life. Never has my political views been such a big source of inspiration as it was yesterday at the state capital of New Jersey.
I was in Trenton at the State House with my wife most of mid-day on April 15th. We were joined by approximately 600 working citizens to protest the wreckless spending and the inevitable over-taxing by the Federal and State governments. I was inspired by every person I talked to, old and young, who had told me, "I've never done this before." Our organizer, Brian Kelly, had never organized a protest in his life. From the DJ, to the several dozen kids who were sitting on the steps of this government building holding signs saying "Stop spending my future.", these people were primarily first time protesters. And their message? "ENOUGH!"
I am proud of ,and salute, every person who came out despite rainy weather in the low 40's.

Brian did a stellar job organizing what turned out to be an incredibly successful and peaceful protest. We started with the Pledge of Alliegence, followed by a moment of silence for our troops. I had the honor of singing our National Anthem, and throughout the day I would also sing "God Bless America", and "America the Beautiful".
We honored our troops and emergency personel. We honored our Veterans. We honored the Constitution, and Declaration of Independence by reading from both documents. We played an incredibly pertinent speech given by President Ronald Reagan during his campaign for presidency. We heard speeches given by average people, small business owners, house wives and mothers, and others who's simple message was "STOP. Stop spending, cut taxes for EVERYONE, and start working for the people instead of making the people work for you!"
For those who couldn't make it, it was a great day for America. For those who did make it, you are Patriots indeed. Personally, I hope this is simply the beginning.

So it has come out that President Obama's dog was a purebred dog, from a private breeder. Why would this be considered news-worthy? Simple. Obama said he was going to get a rescued dog. What he ended up getting was a dog from the same breeder Senator Kennedy got his dog from. This breeder must have been planning for this. The name of the litter the dog was hand-selected from was the "hope and change" litter. The white house claims this was a rescue dog because it was given back to the breeder after six months. What they don't tell you is the dog spent one of those six months at the Kennedy's ranch being trained for the White House. One might even go so far as to say the person that bought the dog in the first place never intended to keep, so that the Obama's could call it a "rescued" dog. In my opinion, the Obamas never intended to rescue a dog from a pound in the first place. The full story is here:

I do want to give the president credit where it is due. After taking far too long to make the decision, the White House FINALLY approved the use of lethal force to free Captain Phillips from the Somali pirates. But what took him so long? If he was excercising caution, why couldn't he have done that with these massive spending bills he was so eager to bully through congress?

Finally, I'll be attending one of the many Tax Day Tea Party Protests which are scheduled tomorrow, April 15th, all over the country. I will be in Trenton, NJ.
